EFT (tapping) is a complementary practice, not a medical intervention.

If you have concerns about your mental or physical health, please consult an appropriate professional.

We do not guarantee specific outcomes.

7. Payments & Refunds

Payments

Payments are processed securely via Stripe.

If you choose a 12-week programme with 3-part payments, sessions will pause if a payment is missed until payments resume.

Late payments do not incur a fee, but services are paused.

Refunds

We operate a no-refund policy.

When you purchase, you are choosing to invest in yourself, your growth and your journey.

If you have attended any sessions, no refunds will apply as time and service have already been delivered.

If you choose to discontinue mid-programme, you may request to stop future payments, but completed sessions will not be refunded.

8. Cancellations
